II. Stakeholders The stakeholder groups are individuals or organisation with an interest in the company,  which may or may not influence the company, they will also have expectations. These include; * Shareholders who will expect a healthy return on their capital. In the case of  these investors for many it may have been a speculative venture as the issue were undertaken after venture capital fund raising failed. * Employees will expect job stability, correct wages  and the satisfaction of social and economic needs as well as those expectations resulting from the culture. * Customers expect superior goods that are good for their feet and body  as well being fashionable. * Retail outlets want the goods they order as well as the marketing so that they can sell the goods * Fitness instructors expect a discount  on the shoes and also may expect the regular mailing that they send out to over 4,000 fitness professionals up to six times a year (Porciello, 2001). * Environmental groups  will expect the company to reduce waste and pollution as much as possible and make positive effects at rectification of that which is created. * Government will expect the company  to pay taxes and create income for the country as well as obey laws and regulations III.
