MANAGERIAL ASSESSMENT Taking into consideration the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), this can be used to help people understand their reactions to situations, their relationships with other people, and their career
interests. The MBTI measures preferences on four dichotomous scales: extroversion-introversion (E-I); sensing- intuition (S-N); thinking-feeling (T-F); and judging-perceiving (J- P). The results on the MBTI are expressed as a
four-letter combination that represents one of sixteen possible types. The sixteen types suggest differences in peoples preferences but do not suggest that people of any type are better or worse
than people of other types. My personal Myers Briggs Type Indicator is ENFJ. The personal strengths I most need to develop are the ability to manage conflict productively
and also to be able to effectively communicate and manage people with future goals in mind. In a current assessment of personal strengths I need to consider that along with
implementing effectual leadership, the key to any business leaders future actions and decisions is the far-reaching vision he or she maintains even in the most difficult of times. An
