    the newest Internet fad. The great potential for enormous profits has resulted in more than 600 sites where users can wager their money. The wagers can be placed on sporting  events, bingo, lottery type events, and casino games. The casino games that are currently being played are blackjack, video poker, Caribbean stud poker slots, and roulette.  The casinos operate in offshore sites such as Ireland and Monaco. The company establishes a web page which gives the user an opportunity to wager their  money. In addition to the opportunity to bet, the companies also use marketing schemes to entice you to gamble with their company (Cabot). Rolling  Good Times home page offers a blackjack school advising card players "that virtually all black jack games can be beaten (Spark,p.240)." Their are various  forms of money that are used to wager with the casinos. The first is the use of your credit or debit card. When you log onto the Internet casino, you  must give them your credit card number. From there, you place bets, and the casino simply charges it to your credit card. You do  not get the bad news until the end of the month when you receive your credit card statement. However, if you happen to get lucky and win, the casino will  express mail you a cashiers check for the session winnings. Second, the bettor can place money in a pre-established account. For example, the gambler  would send the casino a check for X amount. Subsequently, the casino will set up an account for the bettor in which he can gamble with. His wins would be
