part of our life. We oftentimes spend more of our waking ours at work than we do at home with our family. For this reason it can be
said that when an employee resigns he or she is actually dismissing the company for one reason or another. It is not necessarily the job, but is actually a
dismissal of the company from our life and our waking hours. There are many arguments that can make this argument understood. A MODEL OF BALANCE Human Resource professionals
better than any other understand the sheer need to integrate their work and personal lives in order to best achieve balance. In order to get balance back in their
lives, they learn to take small steps and to look at their station in life. This requires an examination as well as an exploration of the four areas essential
to life: health, finances, relationships and self-expression or career. People with weak spots in any one of these areas cannot expect to lead a balanced life. And if
your life is not balanced, it therefore cannot be a stable life. Human Resource people can simply observe their deficiencies and take some kind of action about them in
order to enable themselves to enjoy wholeness, and to allow a life with peace and fulfillment. Professionals who achieve this balance benefit the organization as well, because they are
not only productive but they also serve as role models to other employees (Perle 1998). A customized Work Environment program provides the employees opportunities to engage in such things as
