Following are some examples of how to overcome this situation in  order to have a satisfactory meeting with these important clients. WATCHING FOR PERSONALITY TRAITS Personality traits will play a distinct role in the ability of the manager to work  with culturally diverse groups. This is true because those managers who focus on the job at hand and tend to have an authoritarian air about them will be less  inclined to focus on the differences of the people he or she manages. Because of this, work is more likely to be done in an efficient manner by the  subordinates, with no confusion as to whether they have been discriminated against. For the most part, those managers who focus only on the job to get done will recognize  the different talents of his workforce and apply the job assignments accordingly. Therefore it is recommended that the manager continue the business meeting in a businesslike manner without deferring  to other topics that might make the clients less likely to have faith in the business leadership of the company. This is especially important in Istanbul where a woman is  thought to be less important than a man, although in some business environments this is not as difficult as it once was. Milan and Bonn will find the female  manager to be less problematic, although it should be noted that there should be a businesslike air that remains at all times throughout the meeting so that there is no  mistaking the purpose of the meeting.
